Reference is made to announcement by Arribatec Solutions ASA (the " Company") on 19 November 2020, where the Company announced the preliminary results of the Subsequent Offering and Employee Offering.

Pursuant to the authorization granted by the general meeting on 20 November 2020, the board of the Company has resolved to issue 42,855,000 new shares in the Company in connection with the Subsequent Offering and Employee Offering.

Following the registration these shares, the share capital of the Company will be NOK 103,203,332.68 divided into 368,583,331 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
