Reference is made to the announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") on

22 March 2019 regarding the resolution to carry out a private placement of NOK

20 million by issuance of 23,845,226 new shares in the Company at a subscription

price of NOK 0.84 (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company`s

new registered share capital is NOK 39,299,750.34, divided into 115,587,501

shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.34.
