HIDDN - New registered share capital and nominal value of the shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the

"Company") on 4 September 2019 regarding the resolutions of an extraordinary

general meeting in the Company (the "EGM").

The EGM's resolution to decrease the Company's share capital from NOK

39,299,750.34 by NOK 33,520,375.29 to NOK 5,779,375.05 by decrease of the

nominal value of the Company's shares from NOK 0.34 to NOK 0.05, is now

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Further, the

EGM's resolution to increase the Company's share capital of NOK 0.95 by issuance

of 19 new shares in the Company, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05, is also

registered. After this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK

5,779,376.00 divided on 115,587,520 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK

0.05.
