HIDDN - New share capital registered

(Oslo, 23 September 2019) Reference is made to previous stock exchange

announcements by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") regarding a private

placement in the Company of NOK 8,550,000 (the "Private Placement"), of which

NOK 6,897,300 was related to a cash placement and NOK 1,652,700 was related to

conversion of debt, which was approved by an extraordinary general meeting in

the Company on 4 September 2019.

The cash part of the private placement of NOK 6,897,300 has now been registered

in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After this, the Company's new

registered share capital is NOK 12,676,676.00 divided on 12,676,676 shares, each

with a nominal value of NOK 1.

The 6,897,300 new shares issued in connection with the cash placement will be

placed on an ISIN separate from the Company's other shares pending the Company's

publication of an EEA prospectus approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority

of Norway regarding the shares in the Private Placement, scheduled to be

approved and published on or about 4 October 2019.
