HIDDN - new share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the

"Company") on 25 September 2019 regarding completion of a subsequent offering

and subscription of 1,748,027 new shares in the Company, each with a nominal

value of NOK 1.

The share capital increase relating to the subsequent offering has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After this, the

Company's new registered share capital is NOK 16,077,403.00 divided on

16,077,403 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
