SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD FOR THE RIGHTS ISSUE ENDS TOMORROW - FRIDAY 6 APRIL 2018 AT 16:30 (CET)

Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of the ongoing rights

issue of up to 22,379,825 new shares (the "Rights Issue") in Hiddn Solutions ASA

(the "Company") at a subscription price of NOK 1.75 per share.

The subscription period for the Rights Issue will expire on 6 April 2018 at

16:30 (CET).

Subscription rights that are not exercised to subscribe for new shares before

the expiry of the subscription period on 6 April at 16:30 (CET) will have no

value and lapse without any compensation to the holder.
