Reference is made to the announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") on

6 April 2018 regarding the allocation of 17,142,857 new shares in the Company

(the "Offer Shares") in a rights issue conducted by the Company at a

subscription price of NOK 1.75 per Offer Share.

The share capital increase pertaining to issuance of the Offer Shares has now

been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The

Company's new registered share capital is NOK 31,192,373.50, divided on

91,742,275 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.34.
