Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Hiddn Solutions ASA

(the "Company") on 20 January 2017 regarding the board's resolution to issue

2,386,731 new shares in the Company in connection with an offer to the remaining

shareholders of Hiddn Security AS ("Hiddn Security"), in exchange for 1,303,753

shares in Hiddn Security.

The share capital increase pertaining to the share issuance has now been duly

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the

registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is

NOK 12,973,548.64, divided into 38,157,496 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.34. The newly issued shares will be placed on a separate ISIN following

the approval of a prospectus from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway,

expected to take place by the end of January 2017.
