Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of the ongoing rights

issue of up to 20,761,245 new shares (the "Rights Issue") in Hiddn Solutions ASA

(the "Company") at a subscription price of NOK 2.89 per share.

The trading period for subscription rights issued in connection with the Rights

Issue, which are currently listed and tradable on Oslo Børs, ends tomorrow on 8

February 2017 at 16:30 (CET). Subscription rights that are not sold before

tomorrow at 16:30 (CET) on 8 February 2017 or used to subscribe for new shares

before the expiry of the subscription period on 10 February 2017 at 16:30 (CET)

will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
