Det vises tidligere børsmeldinger vedrørende den pågående

fortrinnsrettsemisjonen av inntil 20 761 245 nye aksjer

("Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen") i Hiddn Solutions ASA ("Selskapet") til tegningskurs

NOK 2,89 per aksje.

Omsetningsperioden for tegningsrettene utstedt i forbindelse med

Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen, som undertiden er notert og omsettelige på Oslo Børs,

utløper i morgen den 8. februar 2017 kl. 16.30. Tegningsretter som ikke er solgt

innen kl. 16.30 i morgen den 8. februar 2017 eller som ikke brukes til tegning

av nye aksjer innen utløpet av tegningsperioden den 10. februar 2017 kl. 16.30

vil være uten verdi og bortfalle uten kompensasjon til eieren.
