Solutions ASA ("Selskapet") til tegningskurs NOK 2,89 per Tilbudsaksje.

Tegningsperioden for Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen utløper i dag 10. februar 2017 kl.

16:30. Korrekt utfylte tegningsblanketter må være mottatt av en av

tegningskontorene slik beskrevet i prospektet datert 26. januar 2017

("Prospektet"), eller ved online tegninger være registrert, innen denne

tidsfristen.

Tegningsretter som ikke er brukt til å tegne Tilbudsaksjer innen denne

tidsfristen vil være uten verdi og bortfalle uten kompensasjonen til eieren.
