Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding the rights

issue of up to 20,761,245 new shares (the "Offer Shares") (the "Rights Issue")

in Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") at a subscription price of NOK 2.89.

The subscription period for the Rights Issue expires today, 10 February 2017, at

16:30 (CET). Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by one of

the subscription offices as set out in the prospectus dated 26 January 2017 (the

"Prospectus"), or, in case of online subscriptions, be registered, within this

deadline.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares within this

deadline will have no value and lapse without compensation to the holder.
