Hiddn Solutions ASA Rights Issue - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") on

13 February 2017 regarding the allocation of 24,116,564 new shares in the

Company (the "Offer Shares") in a rights issue conducted by the Company at a

subscription price of NOK 2.89 per Offer Share.

The share capital increase pertaining to issuance of the Offer Shares have now

been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The

Company's new registered share capital is NOK 21,173,180.40 divided into

62,274,060 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.34.
