Hiddn Solutions ASA - Issuance of new shares

Reference is made to the announcement from Hiddn Solutions

ASA (the "Company") on 29 December 2016 and 20 January 2017

regarding the Company's acquisition of shares in Hiddn

Security AS ("Hiddn Security") (the "Transaction").

The Company has acquired additional shares from minority

shareholders in Hiddn Security. As consideration, the board

of directors has resolved to issue 825,358 new shares in the

Company, at a subscription price of NOK 2.89, which is the

same subscription price as in the Transaction. The shares

are issued pursuant to a board authorization granted by the

Company's extraordinary general meeting on 13 January 2017.

The Company's share capital following the board's resolution

to issue shares is NOK 21,453,802.12 divided on 63,099,418

shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.34.
