Hiddn Solutions ASA - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Hiddn

Solutions ASA (the «Company») on 7 April 2017 regarding the board's resolution

to issue 825,358 new shares in the Company in connection with acquisition of

additional shares in Hiddn Security AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the share issuance has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the

registration of the share capital increase, the Company's registered share

capital is NOK 21,453,802.12 divided on 63,099,418 shares, each with a nominal

value of NOK 0.34.
