Hiddn Solutions ASA - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the

"Company") on 16 may 2017 regarding the board's resolution to issue new shares

in the Company in connection with the Company's acquisition of Finn Clausen

Sikkerhetssystemer AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the share issuance has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following

registration of the share capital increase, the Company's registered share

capital is NOK 22,813,802.12 divided on 67,099,418 shares, each with a nominal

value of NOK 0.34.
