Reference is made to the announcements made by Hiddn Solutions ASA ("Hiddn" or

the "Company") on 16 November 2017 relating to issuance of shares in connection

with a private placement with a subscription price of NOK 2 per share.

The share capital increase related to the private placement has today been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's

registered share capital is now NOK 25,363,802.12 divided into 74,599,418

shares, each with nominal value NOK 0.34.

The 1,615,418 shares issued in tranche 2 of the private placement have been

registered on a separate ISIN and will not be tradable on Oslo Børs until a

prospectus covering the listing of the shares has been approved by the Financial

Supervisory Authority of Norway and published by the Company.
