Other information: Reference is made to the notice of an extraordinary general

meeting to be held on 16 December 2016. The reverse share split is subject to

the general meeting resolving item 6 (regarding a share capital increase with

contribution in kind) and item 5 (the share consolidation) in the notice.

Following the reverse share split, the Company will have a share capital of NOK

1,009,979.38, divided on 2,944,057 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.34
