As mentioned in stock exchange notice of 16 December 2016, the general meeting

of Hiddn Solutions ASA (previously AgaTech ASA) has resolved to change its

company name and to increase the share capital to NOK 1,000,979.38, divided on

2,944,057 shares (after reverse split 100:1). The new company name and share

capital has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises.
