Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 15 December 2015 regarding a

capital increase in connection with a directed share issue in Agasti Holding

ASA.

The share capital increase was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret) on 16 December 2015. The Company's share

capital after registration is NOK 52,993,016.64, divided into 294,405,648

shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.18.

A new certificate of registration and articles of association have been sent

Oslo Stock Exchange and is also attached hereto (in Norwegian only).
