Arribatec awarded NOK 22 million contract by Flytoget

(Oslo, Norway, 12 September 2023) Arribatec Group ASA (Arribatec, OSE:ARR), today announces the award of a ticket vending machine (TVM) contract with Flytoget, the Norwegian high-speed airport railway service. The contract has a value of approximately NOK 22 million.

The new ticket vending machines will be deployed at all Flytoget’s stations from Drammen to Oslo Airport Gardermoen, enhancing the ticketing experience for travelers. This award showcases Arribatec’s ability to provide new and innovative solutions when expertise from several entities within the group collaborates on solution and execution,” says Geir Johansen, CEO of Arribatec.

The company has entered into an agreement to deliver 29 TVMs to Flytoget in a successful public tender process. The NOK 22 million award includes software development, implementation, and four years of support and operation. In addition, Arribatec expects additional software development work to be delivered to Flytoget over the next four years.

The Arribatec ticket vending machines include advanced features, user-friendly interfaces, quick options for buying tickets, secure payment processing, and real-time connectivity for updates and maintenance.
