Arribatec Group ASA: Awarded NOK 13 million maritime contract

(Oslo, Norway, 2 February 2022) Arribatec Marine, a subsidiary of Arribatec Group ASA (Arribatec, OSE: ARR) today announces the deployment of InfoShip Performance on 28 LNG vessels. The contract has a value exceeding NOK 13 million.

"This is a significant contract for Arribatec Marine and an important milestone in the maritime sector. We are ambitious and continue to invest in our solutions that drive the continuous digitalization for the maritime sector," says Agostino Fiorentino, newly appointed managing director of the global Arribatec Marine organization.

Arribatec Marine has entered into an agreement with the operator of the third-largest LNG fleet to deploy InfoShip Performance across 28 vessels.

"With this new contract, we are also showcasing the rest of our InfoShip product portfolio to one of the most innovative and demanding clients in the market today. Our product portfolio is unique in the maritime sector, and combined with the rest of the Arribatec solutions, we believe we can significantly grow our share of the market," Fiorentino continues.

The contract has a total value exceeding NOK 13 million, of which NOK 8 million are recurring revenues.
