(Oslo, Norway, 3 February 2022) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Arribatec Group ASA ("Arribatec" or the "Company") on 3 December 2020, regarding the successfully completed private placement of 50,000,000 new shares (the "Private Placement Shares") in the company.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Norwegian: Finanstilsynet) has today approved a prospectus relating to the listing of the Private Placement Shares on Oslo Børs.
