Titan Venture AS has today been allocated 42,965,294 shares in the rights issue in Arribatec Group ASA. Titan Venture AS will also be granted 15,384,502 warrants in the company as consideration for its underwriting commitment.

Following the completion of the rights issue, Titan Venture AS will hold 46,018,340 shares and votes, representing 9.60% of the outstanding shares after the completion of the rights offering. In addition, Titan Venture AS will hold 15,384,502 warrants, representing 3,21% of the outstanding shares after the completion of the rights offering.

In total Titan Venture AS will hold 61,402,842 shares and rights to shares in Arribatec Group ASA.
