An investment consortium, consisting of Torstein Tvenge, Øystein Tvenge and Jan

Opsahl has acquired 2,149,840 shares in Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company").

Following the completion of the transaction, the following primary insiders have

increased their shareholdings in the Company:

Dallas Asset Management AS, a company controlled by Jan Opsahl, board member in

the Company has acquired 500,000 shares in the Company. Dallas Asset Management

AS holds 6,197,626 shares equaling 6.76% of the total outstanding shares in the

Company after completion of the transaction.

Intelco Concept AS, represented in the Company's board by chairman Øystein

Tvenge, has acquired 500,000 shares in the Company. Intelco Concept AS holds

11,105,969 shares equaling 12.11% of the total outstanding shares in the Company

after completion of the transaction. Øystein Tvenge also holds 3,732,271 shares

in the Company equaling 4.07% of the total outstanding shares in the Company.
