Disclosure of shareholdings - extension of agreement

Reference is made to the disclosure of shareholdings from Tenold Gruppen AS and

Coil Investment Group AS on 22 July 2015. The share purchase agreement is

conditional upon the transaction with Blackstone being completed and the

substantial part of the consideration from Blackstone being distributed as

dividends to the shareholders in Agasti within 30 November 2015. The parties

confirm today that the mentioned deadline has been extended until 28 February
