19.942.523 shares in Agasti Holding ASA priced at

1,92 Norwegian Crowns per share. After the today's

sale Ludvig Lorentzen AS owns 458.384 shares in

Agasti Holding ASA which accounts for approximately

0,16 % of the outstanding shares in the Company based

on 293.472.726 outstanding and issued shares in the

Company.
