Disclosure of shareholdings

On February 11th 2014, Tenold Gruppen AS ("Tenold") bought 10,653,049

shares in Agasti Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 1.92 per share.

In total, Tenold will after this have 30,848,997 shares, corresponding

to a total shareholding of approximately 10.51 % calculated on the basis

of the company's share capital, above the 10 % disclosure threshold.
