Disclosure of shareholdings

On April 23rd 2014, Tenold Gruppen AS sold 30,845,106 shares in Agasti

Holding ASA to its wholly owned subsidiary Tenold Invest AS at an price

of NOK 1.16 per share, which was closing price on April 23rd. Settlement

is due within April 30th 2014.

In total, Tenold Invest AS will after this have 30,845,106 shares,

corresponding to a total shareholding of approximately 10.50 %

calculated on the basis of the company's share capital, above the 10 %

disclosure threshold. Following the transaction, Tenold Gruppen AS owns

3,891 shares directly in Agasti Holding ASA, which is equal to

approximately 0.00 % of the company's share capital. In total, Tenold

Gruppen AS and Tenold Invest AS will have 30,848,997 shares in Agasti

Holding ASA, corresponding to approximately 10.50 % of the company's

share capital.
