Disclosure of shareholdings

On October 8th 2014, Coil Investment Group AS ("Coil") sold 10,000,000

shares in Agasti Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 1.35 per share.

In total, Coil will after this have 27,436,755 shares, corresponding to

a total shareholding of approximately 9.34 % calculated on the basis of

the company's share capital, below the 10 % disclosure threshold.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to

section 4-3 and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
