Arribatec Group ASA Completes Divestment of Arribatec Marine
Oslo, March 18, 2025 – Arribatec Group ASA is pleased to announce that the divestment of Arribatec Marine to Star Information Systems AS has today been successfully completed for an equity valuation of approximately NOK 25 million.
