HIDDN: Ayfie Group signing strategic partnership agreement

Ayfie Group has entered into a strategic agreement with BAHR Leap AS regarding

artificial intelligence based knowledge discovery technology for the legal

market.

Reference is made to the announcement 24 June 2019 of the LOI between Ayfie

Group AS and Hiddn Solution ASA (Hiddn, OSE:HIDDN) about a potential business

combination.

BAHR Leap AS is a subsidiary of Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS, focusing on new

technology relevant for the legal industry. BAHR Leap AS and Ayfie Group have

together developed artificial intelligence enhanced enterprise search and

language based analysis solutions used by Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS.

BAHR Leap AS and Ayfie Group are now expanding the cooperating by entering into

a partnership regarding solutions for the Nordic legal market. The partnership

will, by combining BAHR Leap's knowledge and skills and Ayfie Group's

technology, products and develop resources, contribute to proprietary solutions

with frontends and user interfaces customized for Nordic law firms, inhouse

legal departments and legal service providers.
