HIDDN - LOI with Ayfie Group terminated

(Oslo, 5 July 2019), With reference to the announced Letter of Intent between

Hiddn Solutions ASA (Hiddn, OSE: HIDDN) and Ayfie Group AS, the parties have

chosen to terminate further negotiations for a possible merger of the companies.

Hiddn has been contacted by 2 unlisted companies for a possible combination of

Hiddn and their businesses.  Hiddn will consider the opportunities and conclude

within a short period of time.
