Arribatec Group ASA – Fourth quarter 2022 financial results

(Oslo, Norway, 14 February 2023) Arribatec Group ASA (OSE:ARR, Arribatec) today reported revenues of NOK 140.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, up 21% from NOK 116.0 m million in the corresponding quarter last year, and an EBITDA of NOK – 9.7 million (-4.5). Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was NOK -4.5 million (-1.0). The company has secured several important contracts during the latest months and expects the development to continue.

“We are pleased to report a record high quarterly revenue, in particular since the growth is entirely organic. Arribatec is more frequently able to attract new customers due to our broad and integrated portfolio of products and services across our business areas. We experience good demand for our services and solutions, and are optimistic about the development in the quarters to come,” says Geir Johansen, CEO of Arribatec.

Arribatec reported revenues of NOK 140.6 million (116) in the fourth quarter of 2022 and an EBITDA of NOK -9.7 million (-4.5). The reported EBIT ended at a negative NOK 26.3 million (-24.6), with recognized recurring revenues of NOK 55.0 million (37.0). The company had NOK 40.5 million in cash at the end of the fourth quarter of 2022 in addition to NOK 20.0 million in an unutilized revolving credit facility.

The company has after the closing of the quarter announced the following contract awards:

- A NOK 10 million agreement with Linja/Mørenett for implementing a new Unit4 ERP solution.

- A NOK 10 million contract extension award from Gassco for consulting services for the development of Gasscos’

management systems

- An agreement with Thon Holding AS/Thon Gruppen for the joint development and potential roll-out of Arribatec

Hospitality’s market-leading self-service check-in solutions at Thon Hotels across markets
