Arribatec Group ASA – Third quarter 2022 financial results

(Oslo, Norway, 15 November 2022) Arribatec Group ASA (OSE:ARR, Arribatec) today reported revenues of NOK 118.2 million in the third quarter of 2022, up 25% from NOK 94.4 million in the corresponding quarter last year, and an EBITDA of NOK – 6.7 million (-13.7). The organic revenue growth ended at 12.7% in the period.

“We are happy with the growth we have seen over the last year, and believe we have a platform in place to even further accelerate the organic growth rate seen in the third quarter. Our partnership model also continues to yield results and we expect this positive development to continue in the coming quarters,” says Geir Johansen, CEO of Arribatec.

Arribatec reported revenues of NOK 118.2 million in the third quarter of 2022 (94.4) and an EBITDA of NOK -6.7 million (-13.7). The reported EBIT ended at a negative NOK 20.4 million (-22.0), with recognized recurring revenues of NOK 44.2 million (40.0). The company had NOK 38.7 million in cash at the end of the third quarter of 2022.
