ARRIBATEC: FIRST QUARTER 2021 FINANCIAL RESULTS

(Oslo, Norway, 27 May 2021) Arribatec Solutions ASA (OSE:ARR, Arribatec) today reported revenues of NOK 99.2 million in the first quarter of 2021, up from 35.8 million in the corresponding quarter last year, and an EBITDA of NOK 9.9 million (4.3). The company has an ambitious international growth and M&A strategy and reiterates the strong outlook.

Arribatec reported revenues of NOK 99.2 million in the first quarter of 2021 (35.8), and an EBITDA of NOK 9.9 million (4.3). The reported EBIT ended at NOK 3.0 million (3.4), with annual recurring revenues, ARR, of NOK 31 million (4.7). The company has NOK 95.1 million in cash at the end of the first quarter of 2021.

“We grew our annual recurring revenues by a fivefold in the first quarter of 2021 and entered into over 100 new contracts, proving our accretive M&A capabilities, our business offering and ability to cross-and upsell our solutions, “ Stav adds.

Arribatec has an ambitious M&A strategy and has acquired six companies since the OSE listing in November 2020: Maksit, Innit, Qualisoft, Facil, Microsky, IB Marine and has announced the intention to acquired Integra and Grupo Hodei.

“We have more than tripled our workforce and pro¬forma revenue for 2021 compared to 2020 and has a solid outlook with our extended solutions and customer base derived from these acquisitions.
