With reference to the message published today regarding the registration of new share capital, Arribatec Group ASA announces the following warrant exercise:
Henrik A. Christensen, Board member and primary insider, through August Industrier AS, has exercised 12 500 000 warrants.
Through this warrant exercise August Industrier AS now holds 26 000 000 shares in Arribatec Group ASA. His new total shareholding represents 4.0 % of the share capital.
