Terje Mjøs, a newly elected member of the board of directors of Arribatec Group ASA, has through Terje Mjøs Holding AS, a company controlled by Mr.Mjøs, on June 1, 2023 purchased 30.000 shares in Arribatec Group ASA at an average price of NOK 5.9810 per share. After this transaction, Mr.Mjøs, directly and indirectly, controls 30 000 shares in the company.
