Terje Mjøs, a member of the board of directors of Arribatec Group ASA, has through Terje Mjøs Holding AS, a company controlled by Mr.Mjøs, on August 31, 2023, purchased 30.095 shares in Arribatec Group ASA at an average price of NOK 4.9418 per share. After this transaction, Mr.Mjøs, directly and indirectly, controls 130 095 shares in the company.
