Terje Mjøs, a member of the board of directors of Arribatec Group ASA, has through Terje Mjøs Holding AS, a company controlled by Mr.Mjøs, on September 1, 2023, purchased 19.905 shares in Arribatec Group ASA at an average price of NOK 4.9800 per share. After this transaction, Mr.Mjøs, directly and indirectly, controls 150 000 shares in the company.
