Per Ronny Stav, CEO of Arribatec Solutions ASA, has through Arriba Invest AS, a company controlled by Mr. Stav, today purchased 220.331 shares in Arribatec Solutions ASA at an average price of NOK 1.5936 pr share. After this transaction Mr.Stav directly and indirectly controls 80.607.565 share in the company.
