On 4 December 2020, Lars Hugo Braadland Olsen, Director BI and Analytics for Arribatec Solutions ASA (the "Company"), has bought 100 000 shares at a price of NOK 2.20 per share. Following the transaction, Mr Braadland Olsen holds 400,000 shares. Following completion of the merger mentioned in the Company's announcements of 4 September 2020 and 28 October 2020, Mr Braadland Olsen will hold 4 655 319 shares.
