HIDDN - Approved Prospectus

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Hiddn Solutions ASA

(the "Company") on 22 March 2019 regarding a private placement of approximately

NOK 20 million (the "Private Placement") by issuance of 23,845,226 new shares in

the Company, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.34, at a subscription price of

NOK 0.84 (the "New Shares")

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw. Finanstilsynet) has today, 29

March 2019, approved a prospectus prepared by the Company for listing of the New

Shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following registration of the share capital

increase pertaining to issuance of the New Shares with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises, expected to take place on or about 1 April 2019, the New

Shares will be issued under the Company's ordinary ISIN and be tradable on the

Oslo Stock Exchange.
