HIDDN- Prospectus approved in connection with private placement

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements by Hiddn Solutions

ASA (the "Company") regarding a private placement in the Company of NOK

8,550,000 (the "Private Placement"), of which NOK 6,897,300 was related to a

cash placement and NOK 1,652,700 related to conversion of debt, which was

approved by an extraordinary general meeting in the Company on 4 September 2019.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today, 4 October 2019,

approved a prospectus in connection with listing of the 8,550,000 new shares

(the "New Shares") in the Private Placement on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The

prospectus is available at the Company's website www.hiddn.no.

The New Shares have been issued on an ISIN separate from the Company's other

shares pending approval of the prospectus. The New Shares will assume the

Company's ordinary ISIN as soon as practically possible after this publication

of the prospectus.
