Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Hiddn Solutions ASA on 23

December 2016 regarding key information of a NOK 20 - NOK 60 million rights

issue. Below follows updated key information for the rights issue.

Date on which the terms and conditions of the preferential rights issue were

announced: 23 December 2016

Last day including right: 24 January 2017

Ex-date: 25 January 2017

Record Date: 26 January 2017

Date of approval: 13 January 2017

Maximum number of new shares: Up to 60,000,000 (up to *75,000,000 in the event

the rights issue is fully subscribed and the board resolves to utilize its board

authorization). Exact amount to be published after market close on 23 January

Subscription price: To be resolved by the board of directors and published after

market close on 23 January 2017

Other information: This update relates to confirmation of date of approval,

adjustment of key dates, including the ex-date, in accordance with the

resolution from the Company's extraordinary general meeting as well as the date

on which the maximum amount of shares and subscription price will be published.

The rights issue is subject to publication of a prospectus, expected to take

place on or about 27 January 2017. NOK 20 million of the rights issue has been

underwritten.
