Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Hiddn Solutions ASA on 13

January 2017 regarding key information of a NOK 20 - NOK 60 million rights

issue. Below follows updated key information for the rights issue.

Date on which the terms and conditions of the preferential rights issue were

announced: 23 December 2016

Last day including right: 24 January 2017

Maximum number of new shares: Up to 20,761,245 (up to 25,951,556 in the event

the rights issue is fully subscribed and the board resolves to utilize its board

Other information: This update relates the maximum amount of shares and

subscription price. The rights issue is subject to publication of a prospectus,

expected to take place on or about 27 January 2017. NOK 20 million of the rights

issue has been underwritten. The Company will issue 0.54409 subscription rights

for every share owned in the Company as of 24 January 2017. 1 subscription right

will give a preferential rights to subscribe for and be allocated 1 new share in

the Company in the Rights Issue.
