ARRIBATEC: Strategic Arribatec Cloud contract

(Oslo, Norway, 29 June 2022) Arribatec Group ASA (OSE:ARR, Arribatec) today announces the award of an Arribatec Cloud contract by a leading Norwegian civil engineering contractor, subject to a final commercial agreement. The contract has an estimated value of up to NOK 60 million over three years.

Arribatec has entered into final commercial discussions for a three-year contract with a large Norwegian customer following a competitive tender process. The contract will cover a wide range of products and services from several of the Arribatec Group’s business areas.

The agreement has an estimated value of up to NOK 60 million over three years, and is so far the largest single contract value in the history of Arribatec.
