HIDDN: Ranveig Strand appointed interim-CFO

(Oslo, 23 April 2020) Hiddn Solutions ASA (Hiddn, OSE: HIDDN) has appointed Ranveig Strand as interim-CFO effective from 1 May 2020.

Ranveig Strand is appointed interim-CFO of Hiddn from 1 May 2020, succeeding Anders Nilsen, which has served as interim-CFO during the restructuring of the company. Ranveig Strand has previously worked in PWC and CGI, holds a MSc from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and is a certified public accountant (CPA). Strand has been part of the Ferncliff group since 2016, affiliated with board members Øystein Stray Spetalen and Martin Nes.
