APPOINTMENT OF NEW R&D MANAGER

Svein M Birkemoe (50) is employed as new R&D Manager and is taking up the

position from January 2, 2018.

In his position as R&D manager, Svein M Birkemoe is expected to focus on the

ongoing development work in Hiddn, to right size skills and development

resources and to meet our challenging goals with respect to increased

productivity and to stay with in budgeted cost. As Hiddn is planning to expand

the Company's presence with in broader market segments and volume production,

product development and efficiency will be an important factor for future

success.

Svein M Birkemoe has broad experience from electronics development in

telecommunication, data communication, defense, and subsea. He started his

career doing FPGA and ASIC development in Alcatel Telecom Norway ASA, and then

moved on to be head of the FPGA design team in AXXESSIT AS. He was co-founder of

the FPGA and ASIC design consulting company Digitas AS, and has subsequently

held system design and product architect positions in Kongsberg Protech Systems,

Aker Solutions ASA, and lately Transpacket AS.

Svein M Birkemoe holds a M.Sc from the Norwegian University of Science and

Technology.

As a part of the assignment, Svein M Birkemoe has today been granted 300,000

options in the Company, the stock exchange announcement from Hiddn Solutions ASA

(the "Company") on 16 November 2017 regarding a share option program in the

Company and the board authorisation to issue shares in connection with options

to employees and board members in the Company, granted by the Company's annual

general meeting on 22 June 2017 refer.
