Change of management

In connection with the notice of the extraordinary general meeting of Agasti

Holding ASA ("Agasti") 14 November 2016, where the resolution regarding

liquidation of the company resolved on the extraordinary general meeting 22

August 2016 is proposed reversed, the service level agreements between Obligo

and Agasti and its subsidiaries have been terminated with effect from 14

November 2016. This includes management services such as CEO and CFO. Agasti

will in the period until 14 November establish its own management team.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the

Continuing Obligations.
